• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, taxes, and production adjustments.

3. Manufacturing and Delivery

• The Company will manufacture and deliver products according to agreed specifications.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects within 7 days.

4. Warranty and Liability

We do not sell or trade your personal data. However, we may share information with:

• Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by improper use, external factors, or unauthorized modifications.
• Liability for any claim shall be limited to the invoiced amount.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, trademarks, and technology used in production remain the property of the Company.
• Customers must not replicate or distribute any proprietary designs without written permission.

6. Cancellation and Returns

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations beyond this period may incur fees
• Returns are accepted only for defective products, subject to inspection and approval.

• All business interactions remain confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
